  1. But she is worthy, loveable, perfect, and wanted. She has the adult you now and it’s your job to take care of her. Let her know that she is all of those things. Let her have her voice. Grieve with her. Feel it and then mend it. You’ve got this.

  2. So many of us feel like this – it saddens me but also I rejoice because we’ve come here to heal all this pain, remember who we truly are and find out that all the love is inside us ❤
