The Balancing Act

It’s been hard to stay focused and consistent lately.

Balancing the tenderness of my scars with the happiness I deserve has been the hardest part of managing PTSD.

Especially when life throws curve balls that trigger trauma responses.

Still, I am resilient, I am determined, and I’ve got this

Today I’m treating this piece like a social media post. If you’re working on the same balancing act I am, know you’re not alone.

My normal writing will resume eventually. These clouds always pass once I’ve learned the lessons I’m supposed too.
