One of the reasons I began my own Survivors Speak interview series is because I understand how important it is to have a platform to share our stories.
My series idea morphed from the collaborative work I have done in the past with other organizations focused on Trauma Awareness and PTSD Awareness specifically pertaining to childhood abuse and trauma.
Since I began healing, I have had pieces featured on The Mighty and the Mental Health at Home Emerging Blogger Series. I have been published in a book project by Emerging Proud, and now this Friday my interview piece will publish with Starts with Youth, an organization whose mission is foster the uncomfortable conversations about Childhood Sexual Abuse and the life-time of effects.
Stay tuned – I’ll link to the interview on Friday when it goes live!
