Let’s talk about embarrassing behavior patterns that manifest due to Childhood Abuse & Trauma:

I interrupt people a lot, or talk over them, or end up on a monologue with just enough space between thoughts for breath but not enough for others to contribute.

And I do this sadly – to the people most important to me because of safety and comfort levels within the relationship.

Oof, I swear it’s always something with Complex PTSD
