Most childhood trauma survivors suffer deep relational wounds which I have found can only heal in safe relationships. Most of us become adults who are very untrusting of the people and relationships in our life – even with the people we do “trust”. Our partners, friends, and co-workers all play roles in our every day lives so how do we navigate situations with them safely?
