Journaling is a doorway inward.
Focused journaling/writing is one of my primary practices in my healing journey. Of course the occasional unfettered dump into my diary is necessary, but when I began to combine my love of writing with the focused intention of personal exploration and processing, I found a powerful tool.
I hope this prompt helps you lean in and explore your thoughts, emotions, responses, and your connection to your body.

Let’s explore your core values. Make a list of your most closely held values and reflect on whether you live according to them or not. What are ways you can become more aligned with your values. Do your values now mirror those of your childhood caregivers? Why or why not? Lean in and explore connections and reflect on ways to maximize your best life.
