- Identify areas in your life you’d like to be more intentional;
- Explore how your body responds to mindfulness;
- Brainstorm a plan to help you live with more intention

During this workshop I will provided prompts to help you explore mindfulness, give you time to write, and then I will open up the floor for sharing before we move on to the next prompt.
