Through interactive conversation and sharing during this 2-week course we will cover the following:
- We will explore what journaling means to you and what you hope to accomplish so that creating a foundation for routine is more clear.
- Through guided prompts you will be given the tools you need to learn how to journal your healing journey daily. You will be able to capture your emotions as well as moments you don’t want to forget for future review and reflection.
- You will learn how to develop a self-care habit that will help you heal without it feeling like a chore.
Journaling gives us an amazing documentation of our journey: the ebbs and flows, the moments that get lost, everything we need to help us look back and remember where we came from, and how far we have come.
